- “Miami Circle” in the city of Miami is the site of archaeological finds dating back to the first centuries of our era.

- The Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine is a Catholic cathedral in the city of Augustine. Built in 1793-1797.
- Ferdinand VII Square is a park in the city of Pensacola, famous for being the site of the official transfer of Florida to the jurisdiction of the United States in 1821.
- The historic district of the Pensacola Naval Station in Warrington, founded in 1824 and known as the site of the first training base for US Navy pilots in the early 20th century.
- The field of the “Battle of Dade” (also known as the “Dade Massacre”) – one of the battles of the “Second Seminole War”, which took place on December 28, 1835 in the Bushnell area.
- Fort Zachary Taylor on the island of Key West, built in the forties and fifties of the XIX century.
- House of the famous writer Ernest Hemingway in Key West. Built in 1851.
- Dudley Farm near Newberry is a well-preserved farm from the late 19th and early 20th centuryjd. Built in the 1880s.
- The Ponce de Leon Hotel (now part of the Flagler College campus) in Augustine. Built in 1885–1887.
- The Ponce de Leon Bay Lighthouse is the tallest lighthouse in Florida and one of the tallest in the United States. Built in 1887.
- House of the writer Marjorie Rawlings in the village of Cross Creek. Built around 1890.
- The Tampa Bay Hotel (now a museum) in Tampa, built 1888–91.
- The Ybor City Historic District in Tampa, which retains many sites associated with the cigar industry in the late 19th century.
- Whitehall is a mansion built in Palm Beach in 1902.
- Home of prominent public figure Mary McLeod Bethune in Daytona Beach. Built in 1904.
- Norman’s Studios in Jacksonville is a film studio built in 1920 where silent films were shot. The building now houses the Silent Film Museum.
- Villa Vizcaya is an estate and mansion built in the city of Miami from 1914–23.
- Home of renowned writer and environmental activist Marjorie Douglas in Miami. Built in 1925.
- Freedom Tower (“Freedom Tower”) – a building in the city of Miami, built in 1925 to house the editorial office and printing house of a local newspaper. It became famous in the sixties of the XX century as a point of assistance for refugees from Cuba.
- The Biltmore Hotel in Miami, built in 1926.
- Mar-a-Lago is a former estate and now a closed resort club in the city of Palm Beach. Built 1924–27.
- Side Tower Gardens is a park located in the Lake Wales area, the central element of which is the so-called “Singing Tower” with sixty bells placed on it. The park was created in 1924–29.
- Ferdinand Magellan is a passenger car built in 1929 and converted in 1942 specifically for the President of the United States. Now kept in the Miami Railroad Museum.
- The “Research Studio” (or “Art Center”) in Maitland is an artists’ colony (and now a museum) founded in 1937.
- The US Space Force Station at Cape Canaveral is one of the main space launch sites on the East Coast of the United States. It was from here that the first American satellite, the first astronaut and many other objects significant for the history of American and world cosmonautics were launched. Created in 1949.
- House of writer Zora Hurston in Fort Pierce. Built in 1957.
- Florida Southern College Historic District – known as the “Child of the Sun”, a complex of buildings on the University’s Lakeland campus, built in 1941-1958 by the famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
