Transportation
Due to its location at the intersection of important shipping and air routes, Singapore has developed into one of the most important transport centers in Southeast Asia. Singapore is one of the most important ports (with an attached free trade zone) in container handling worldwide. In addition, Singapore is the cruise hub of Southeast Asia.
