Full-time program
Candidates are assessed based on their passion for learning management including an appreciation of the potential of design and sustainable value thinking. Candidates are interviewed, and evaluated through essays, GMAT scores, recommendation letters, professional success, work experience, communication and critical thinking skills, and ability to provide value to the cohort and its members.
Executive program
Candidates are assessed based on their desire to become great leaders. Ten years of relevant work experience, with at least five years involving managerial responsibilities is expected. The applicants are also evaluated based on their potential for career advancement to the boardroom and ability to fully engage and provide value to their learning cohort and its members.
Part-time program
Candidates are assessed based on their passion for learning design in management and sustainable value. Candidates are interviewed, and evaluated by GMAT score, recommendation letters, professional success, work experience, communication and critical thinking skills. Full-time program
The first year curriculum emphasizes leadership and analytical skills. To encourage integrated approaches to real problems facing organizations, students have dialogues with top executives about current management issues. The second year includes studio-based courses in Sustainable Enterprise and how to Manage by Designing with an emphasis on the production of executable plans.
Executive program
Students attracted to the EMBA aspire to senior leadership roles within organizations. Our curriculum opens horizons fusing that aspiration with Weatherhead’s expertise in turning good leaders into great ones. Students learn the art and skill of great leadership from self, to their team and organization, to society. Core business skills are taught with an eye towards the language of the boardroom.
Part-time program
This cohort-based program is designed to accommodate working professionals and strengthen personal and professional bonds created in the classroom. Students engage with Manage by Designing and Sustainable Enterprise, while meeting with executives to discuss the kinds of complex problems that face their companies.
