Full-time program
One-Year and Two-Year MBA candidates are selected based on leadership, professional experience, academic excellence, GMAT score, personal interview, recommendations, essays and TOEFL score when applicable. Minimum credit hours required for application to the One-Year Program are: Accounting, 6; Economics, 6; Math, 6; Finance, 3; Marketing, 3.
Executive program
Applicants to our South Bend- or Chicago-based Executive MBA programs must have at least five years of significant management experience, be actively employed, and have an undergraduate degree or GMAT score acceptable to the Admissions Committee. For applicants with undergraduate degrees, the GMAT is not required but may be requested to demonstrate academic ability. TOEFL may be required.

Full-time program
The Two-Year MBA Program requires 63 credit hours; 38 in core courses. The One-Year option for business majors requires 46 credit hours; 24 in core courses. In the modular structure, students gain leadership skills to solve the toughest problems in business, and do so with a consciousness of how their actions impact our larger communities. Immersions are available in many locations worldwide.
Executive program
Our values-based leadership approach develops an executive???s ability to make critical decisions and define their organization??s future. Strong business fundamentals, integrated with innovative courses in Systems Thinking, Change Management, and Design Thinking and Innovation, enhance executive perspectives. An international, project-based immersion is required in the South Bend program.
