We seek candidates with strengths in these areas: Leadership, communication skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, track record of results, drive and motivation, analytical skills and problem solving ability, prior academic performance, career progression and goals. We recommend a minimum of two years of full-time work experience. |
Executive program |
For all three of our executive M.B.A. programs, we evaluate: Professional work experience and skills, leadership skills, communication skills, education and knowledge. After the application has been reviewed, the candidate will be contacted for a personal interview to learn more about his/her professional background, communication skills and reasons for pursuing an M.B.A. degree. |

Program hallmarks are leadership development, team building, communication classes and individual attention. First-year students take required courses followed by elective courses.
