Full-time program
Candidates must submit an official GMAT or GRE score, official transcripts for all undergraduate and graduate coursework, resume, two professional recommendations, and three personal statements. The Admissions Committee looks for achievement, maturity, and clear career goals.
Executive program
The Admissions Committee looks for demonstrated leadership, academic achievement, and maturity. Applicants must provide official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate schools attended, evidence of professional achievement, a current resume, and two professional letters of reference with their application. An interview with a member of the Admissions Committee is also required.
Part-time program
Candidates must submit an official GMAT or GRE score, official transcripts, resume, two professional recommendations, and three personal statements. The Admissions Committee looks for achievement, maturity, and clear career goals. International applicants must also submit an official TOEFL score if their undergraduate education was not conducted in English.
Part-time distance learning program
The Admissions Committee looks for achievement, maturity, and clear career goals. An undergraduate degree (BA/BS), a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and a minimum of 5 years of work experience are required. Full-time program
Northeastern’s full-time program includes a rigorous MBA core with specialization in a career track: Finance, Marketing, or Operations/Supply Chain Management. The program helps students build outstanding leadership, communication, and project management skills. Students also integrate academic work with real-world business experience by completing a six-month paid corporate residency.
Executive program
Northeastern’s Executive MBA is an accelerated program for seasoned professionals ready to expand their knowledge of global business and hone their leadership skills. Participants complete the program in 16 months while continuing full-time employment. The EMBA curriculum is designed for individuals with an average of 10-15 years of experience. Classes meet on alternating Fridays and Saturdays.
Part-time program
Northeastern’s Evening MBA curriculum includes MBA foundation courses (emphasizing analytical and qualitative decision-making skills) and elective specializations. Students may choose up to two elective specializations: Corporate Finance, Entrepreneurship, Operations/Supply Chain Management, International Business, Investments, Marketing, Mutual Fund Management, or Corporate Renewal.
Part-time distance learning program
Northeastern University’s Online MBA is offered entirely online and requires 17 courses (9 core, 3 capstone and 5 electives) to complete. To satisfy a specialization, students must take a minimum of three elective courses in a functional area: finance, marketing, operations and supply chain management, healthcare management, high technology management, or international management.
