In the first year, students take most of their required courses. During the second year, students complete the practicum and electives levels of the curriculum. The practicum level includes an internship, consulting, and organizational projects. 9 credits are required at the electives level, thereby allowing students the option of pursuing a concentration or certificate.

The evening MBA program is a predominately part-time program intended for working professionals. The program features courses that meet just 1 night a week, Monday through Thursday, as well as some online courses. The program can be completed in 28 months of part-time study. Concentrations are offered in finance, marketing, IT, and supply chain.
