Four-year program curriculum
1st & 2nd year curriculum: discipline-based & organ-system –lecture & small group teaching. Intro to Clinical Medicine in years 1 & 2.
3rd & 4th year:required, elective clinical clerkships in the WWAMI (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, Idaho) region. Assignment to small “colleges” with clinical mentor, bedside teaching; community service pathways; required research experience.
