Four-year program curriculum

The GWU SMHS provides diverse learning opportunities. The first two years of instruction are taught in interdisciplinary or horizontally integrated courses. Required core clerkships comprise two thirds of the clinical curriculum. Training in interviewing, communication, physical diagnosis, and clinical decision making are completed in our state-of-the-art Clinical Learning/Simulation Center.
