Applications reviwed on a rolling basis; looking for individuals with leadership potential, 10-15 years of meaningful experience and a background enhancing the collective learning environment. Application includes transcripts, candidate essays, 3 letters of recommendation and an employer sponsorship letter; GMAT is not required. A classroom visit and an on-site interview are beneficial.

The first-year core curriculum focuses on essential business topics that provide a solid business foundation. In the second year, students can choose from an extensive list of electives that allows them to customize their academic concentration to match their career objectives.
Executive program
The curriculum emphasizes transforming successful managers into innovative leaders. Team-based learning focuses on cross-functional and enterprise-level problem solving, preparing students for functional and broad-based leadership roles. A distinctive feature of the curriculum is a unique international consulting assignment that serves as a capstone learning experience.
Part-time program
The Illinois Professional MBA curriculum is designed to prepare graduates for the competitive global workplace through a blend of classroom discussion and case studies as well as real-world projects and simulations.
