| The 1st year of the Smeal MBA focuses on leadership development and business fundamentals. In the 2nd year, you can choose from 5 pre-defined concentration options or design a custom concentration of your own. Curriculum highlights are a year-long leadership communications class, a leadership development plan, a global immersion trip, the “Exec Panel” case competition, and AP®EX, a capstone course. |
