Factors and Procedures Used in Admissions

(Data appear as originally submitted by this school)

Full-time program
We use a very broad set of factors in seeking students who will thrive in our highly cooperative culture focused on developing self-motivated, creative, innovative leaders who think strategically and who possess a solid grasp of global business issues. We seek a diverse group of students in terms of geographic origin, background, and interest.
Executive program
Many factors are important in the admissions process. A greater emphasis is placed on extensive management experience and a somewhat lower emphasis on GMAT scores and undergraduate grades.
Part-time program
A very broad range of factors are considered in the admissions process. We place a greater emphasis on work experience in the part-time program. There is a high expectation that each student will make significant contributions to class discussion and demonstrate a high level of team skills and professionalism when working with classmates.

Curricula Descriptions

(Data appear as originally submitted by this school)

Full-time program
We encourage students to develop a personalized plan tailored to each person’s career objectives: traditional or non-traditional. The goal is to develop each student’s strengths tapping all the resources available within our business school, university, and business community. Each student must complete an international experience, corporate projects, and a professional development program.
Executive program
The Executive MBA Program is designed to be a solid general management MBA. It presumes EMBA graduates are less likely to seek the kind of post-MBA position that requires functional specialization. The program has a strong emphasis on developing management skills and strategy in a mid-level to senior level management setting.
Part-time program
The part-time curriculum is similar to the full-time program, but delivered in a format suited to people who work or people with time commitments during the day. We use a cohort structure that requires our students to start together in autumn and go through the progressively advancing classes as a group. The structure of our program contributes to the high completion rate for our students.
